Delivered the strategy and the implementation of the company wide Data Analytics core which allows real time predictive analytics, business functional insights, and decision logic from a single global data Warehouse. This is a state of the art data analytics engine which handles both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, including social media, and is expected to save more than $165MM in the next 3 years in functional savings, and rationalizes 60,000 reports into 480 global reports, saving 1,000’s of hours of manual workload in finalizing decisional insights, and marketing and sales promotion strategies.
