Supervisor and Manage Technical Operations Facilities

Project Manage new projects working with Corporate Facilities and local contractors on new construction, modifications, renovations and repair work in the maintenance Hangars at the Pittsburgh Airport.

Responsible for winterization, summarization of the grounds, parking lots and roadways into the facilities, along with the winterization and summarization of the building equipment for winter/summer operations.

Maintain American Airline maintenance facilities on a daily basis 24/7 operation with the software, manpower, contractors and materials given to provide a safe, operational workplace for the maintenance employees to work. Schedule all repairs, maintenance and construction assigning mechanics and/or contractors accordingly. Supervise for the NE Region; Boston, JFK, LGA, PHL and PIT airports. Support all internal customers daily

Purchasing materials, replacing building and shop equipment and refreshing all facilities as needed

Support all internal maintenance departments while scheduling and coordinating all work requested by user departments. 30 hour OSHA/HAZMAT and Safety training along with LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, Underground Storage Tank, RCRA and DOT certified
