SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

**+ years Project/Program Management experience managing multiple small, medium, Large and Extra Large & Program Projects simultaneously.

•CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Team Lead/SAFE® - Generates and tracks agile metrics as it relates to scrum teams and project management to include project stakeholders regarding predictability and productivity with an eye towards continuous improvement.

•Works with the PMO leadership to enhance project management best practices and tools.

•Provides weekly status reporting to the ITPMO, project team leaders and stakeholders on key messages for project health, trends, current and upcoming project activities. High-lights project Action items, Risks, impediments, Metrics, dependencies, to include micro project scheduling to allow various PMs time to engage the appropriate team members for upcoming activities for project events.

•Conducts project briefings for executives, sponsors, stakeholders, project teams updates according to project’s cadence.

•Possess, demonstrates knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, facilitation skills, and project change management techniques.

•Performs project control analysis, variances to project plans and provides root cause analysis and course corrective actions through Change Management and project SDLC.

•Coaches’ teams to higher performance levels of project maturity and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) at a pace that is sustainable for the teams and their organizations.

•Addresses impediments, dependencies and guides the team(s) to engage specific leadership as needed to remove the impediments across organizations as needed.
