•Participate in four daily internal and customer calls for T-Mobile Excalibur build.

•Lead remote team on T-Mobile project leading effort to bring Close Out Packages (COPs) two years in the rears up to date in DC market.

•Increased COP approval rate 20% in first three weeks leading team.

•Worked with IT to create new reports for analyzing COP data across multiple databases.

•Cross matrixed data across five different data bases identifying hundreds of discrepancies. Cleaning these up alone substantially increased our numbers.

•Contacted corporate lead for COPs to utilize her knowledge and experience, then worked daily building relationship while receiving guidence and information.

•Determined past data not been updated consistently across databases resulting in reduced credit for COPs already completed. Assigned responsibility for daily updates to specific team members for each database to prevent same problem in the future.

•Worked with our customer Motorola on LARICS Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communications System Project which consisted of replacing existing radio communication sites for Emergency services.

•Launched 500 site new Sprint Network Vision UMTS equipment upgrade project in Tampa market.

•With the team’s input created 500 site build plans forecast in Site Handler.

•Created market drawing template incorporating both Ericsson’s and Sprint’s standards and new radio details.

•Responsible for reviewing and approving 500 site individual construction budgets.

•The regional director tasked me to help fix another Sprint Network Vision market in Louisville, KY with severe quality and production problems. For example, at first site inspection discovered they had used wrong grommet and vertical support spacing for hybrid fiber cable to every site built already.

•As one of five CMs, managed 105 sites of 200 site Verizon LTE AWS 4G Implementation project using “Smart Laptop Integration” in Carolinas

•AT&T UMTS Implementation Atlanta created forecast in new database.

•AT&T Turf UMTS / LTE Project Georgia and Carolinas director tasked me with finding over one million dollars in lost assets for 300 site build.

•In six weeks recovered almost the entire missing inventory through site audits using CATS Mobility App.

•As Lead CM, built thirty T-Mobile Greenfield L700 collocation sites in Rochester, NY in six weeks.

•Responsible for thirty 4G Air 32 projects in Boston market for T-Mobile

•Hired for special four month contract upgrading 150 UMTS sites.
