I was the trailblazer of the team. Here is a list of my accomplishments:

• Applied adult learning principles and development best practices to learning resources to perform needs analyses, design, create, and facilitate training and development programs.

• Utilized eLearning authoring tools for customer facing audience resources. Including variables, triggers, branching, and animation in both Storyline and PowerPoint. The result keeps the end user engaged and focused on the training material.

• Collaborated with subject matter expert and stakeholder team members to develop strategies and sign-off on training materials.

• Implemented a learning management system (LMS) via Amazon S3 for file storage. Amazon S3 creates a single URL which is used for the knowledge base.

• Defined a naming convention for the Professional Service and Product teams to use for file tracking. This allowed all learning experience designer (LED) team members to quickly locate any lesson to update.

• Oversaw the generated URLs stored in S3 for software quarterly updates to individual source files. The URL is used in the knowledge base for the end user to quickly locate specific assets in a self-serving way.

• Wrote Java Script code that pulled eLearning test results from simulations and imported them into the Learning Record Store (LRS).

• Created the style guide and eLearning templates used by the team to produce training resources.

• Trained and mentored new LED team members.

• Trained internal staff to use Articulate Storyline software.

• Managed LMS and LRS for customer facing resources.

• Utilized authoring tools to build engaging eLearning experiences.

• I created strategic, leading-edge deliverables, as well as the simulation template for the (LED) to use. The result enabled all assets a similar look and feel. Specifically, logo, brand colors, copyright information.

• Pendo certified to create pop-up messages when an end user logs into production. This ensures an end user will be in the know of various updates.
