Supervision of three departments: Seals, Glass and Rubber. I provide hands on maintenance to the machines as needed to ensure the best quality products, when machines go down due to errors and when repairs are needed to be completed. I also run additional quality checks on all products. I assist in repackaging and packaging of products that are being placed into storage or are ready to ship out to customers and I attend meetings with production manager on weekly basis to discuss departments' progress, etc..

Filler (Machine) Operator

Cumberland Dairy – Bridgeton, NJ

Responsibilities Include: operating the filler machine to ensure that all milk cartons are filled and sealed on either ends accurately, running dye test on all cartons, running chemical and sanitization tests throughout the shift to ensure that the machine is meeting all sanitary (FDA) regulations, running peroxide tests in Quality Control lab periodically throughout shift, maintaining a clean machine throughout shift and a clean and safe working area around machine throughout shift, communicating with case packers in back room when changes in their machines stop machine filler machine production, CIP machine (disassembling machine to CIP (cleaning in progress)) as needed.

Responsibilities Included: inspected for quality control, weighing, measuring, packaging, assembling products, labeling and packing boxes with plastic ware for pharmaceutical companies.
