Had worked in many Pharmaceutical companies for more than 20 years because of the medical nature of the work wherein the environment is strictly controlled and audited to a degree exceeding ISO Standards. EXCESS MATERIAL Problem: Waste of PVC Material and it is costing money. PVC size 220mm but the die cutter on machine is only 195mm. Solution: I measured the actual size of the die cutter on machine and it has only 195mm. I requested the company to reduce the size of width of the PVC film for the next purchase and it helps the company to save the cost of packaging material use.

MOTION Problem: Disorganize tools costing a waste of time and productivity when machine breakdown and we need to adjust immediately Solution: I requested a cabinet for tools and organized it.
