Project Detail: The project involves creating a new foul sewer network from scratch, covering 26 km, including 13 km using micro tunnel technology to direct sewage to pumping station PS S1. It also includes permanent rising mains, a Pump station and house connections for Semaisma Town and Corniche Road. In addition to the original scope, there are approximately 21.5 km of surface water drainage network and road reinstatement, including 3.5 km of full construction of road corridors ranging from 14 to 32 meters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare the project budget by referring to the estimation team's CCS report.

Compile the RFQ package for subcontractor/supplier selection, including project specifications, required authority specifications, BOQ, and drawings.

Provide advice on new contract agreements through risk and opportunity analysis.

Conduct cost comparison evaluations to select subcontractors.

Project Detail: The People Mover System is the first low floor catenary- free tram system in the world. It uses a Hybrid Energy System (HES) which incorporates a combination of super- capacitors and batteries to power the tram between charging locations along the line. There is 24 Tram Stops/Stations together with underground technical room

(UTR), 8 Sub stations (TSS) and 11 km of track serving both North and South Campuses of Education City and will employ 19 trams using the Avenio tram chassis by

Siemens.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Take-off Quantities and BOQ preparation for various systems, such as Signalling, Rail Electrification, Communication, Traffic Controller systems, etc.

Preparation of RFQ packages to acquire subcontractors/suppliers, including project specifications, required authority specifications, BOQ, and drawings.
