Successful positions in leadership, collaboration, and independence. Responsible for monitoring 7 dams meeting F.E.R.C. requirements along with project boundary drawings. Perform all duties on survey crew with cadastral and construction surveys with levels, total stations, and GPS Trimble R10/R12 Static, Fast Static, RTK w/Local Base, HARN,WSRN, PC3N.

Software data acquisition and transfer to other software packages.

Balance elevations loops; Close traverses; Calculate offsets for staking, elevations, and coordinates. Staked construction and Right of Way limits, Clearing/grubbing limits. Staking calculation and setting Slope, Subgrade, Crushed surface, Drainage alignments with offsets and elevation, and lane striping, traffic sign location with grade.

Surveying Experience:

Acquired Professional License Surveyor for Washington State 2015.

I‘ve been Surveying since year 2000 Starting with WSDOT (Olympic Region). I have been with Tacoma Utilities since 2003. Currently I’m employed at Tacoma City Light (Distribution Dept.) I Started Jan 2016.

The utility dept. at Tacoma Water and Power are independent and unique ways of surveying for their departments.

I have established project coordinates using HRNS network and use of our own NAD83/91 WCS Network for establishing coordinates on various projects. Verified parcels from section, township, and range findings along with adjoining parcels with use of all web sites or visiting Gov. Offices for local archives of DNR, BLM, ROS, Plats, 1/4 sec maps, surveys, and all other necessary drawings and legal descriptions. I established centerline of right of ways for all my construction projects. I have Extensive use with GPS equipment: TRIMBLE R10 & R8, Leica Viva Net Rover using WSRN. Also, use of 5 Trimble Navigation R8 &R10 receivers in static mode monitoring 6 dam locations throughout the year with specific dates set for each dam. Receivers were also used in Static, Fast-Static and Real Time Kinematic measuring for elevations NAVD 88 and coordinate locations NAD 83/91 for projects or established by conventional traverse and trig leveling or a level loop. Also, able to establish a combined factor and adjust state plane coordinates to project coordinates and vice versa. I have set monuments and recorded bearing tree descriptions with field notes. Located in the field monuments set from original GLO survey notes referencing bearing trees. Familiar with Rail Road alignments with spiral curves and highway spiral curves and the extensive research that is required. I helped in staking Wild life area through steep terrain in heavy forest.

Staked construction and Right of Way limits. Also, slope stakes, subgrade, crushed surface base and top course, ADA Ramp design and staking. I have created alignments for construction staking and edited topo data to assure accuracy and for string use. Software data acquisition and transfer to other software packages vea DWG, XML, ASC, TXT, RW5, and CRD uploaded to Carlson and AutoCad. Software data acquisition and transfer to other software packages. Various software used. Tool design: Numeric control mill fixture. Also, layout and detail design for tapered fits on Mill Cutters to clamping wing-spars for a 747-400 on vertical and horizontal mills. Quantity and weight calculations with Material lists generated for accurate cost accounting. 3D CADD used in design layouts for all projects, was necessary for best fitting of projects. Software: AutoCad, Catia, Word, Excel, and Spreadsheets used daily. I acquired a certificate in Hydraulic Principles and Usage. I was Safety Officer with S.H.E.A.
