Site Coordinator Manager/QA Mgr. Marine Terminal upgrade of Offshore Jetty Loading Facility, Dock Loading Facility and Subsea Pipelines. Identified lack of communication, missing QA/QC and welding procedures and proper documentation. Improved QA / QC resources and implemented corrective action for compliance, while giving construction oversight. Fabrication and upgrade project. Coordinate Path Forward of Shore Base and Offshore mechanical, instrument, electrical and marine construction contractors. Complete replacement of Marine loading / offloading Jetty Facility in conjunction with the Inland Dock upgrade.
