Red Lines and one Lines to include P&ID errors, QA/QC deficiencies of fabrication & installation of all upgrades. Identified Schedule deficiencies. Worked through deficiencies in original agreement regarding Turnover Documentation, to satisfy Client needs for safe and compliant Asset. Coordinated Team efforts to support and assist Contractor with Project critical path forward for successful completion, utilizing Team Resources and cooperation to create and implement a list of corrective actions for Critical Path Forward. Implemented corrective action for successful and safe completion thru .commissioning and turnover. Activities included Boring, excavation, fabrication, welding, coating, installation and sanding of pipeline. Anschutz complete.

May-11 October-2011 BORCO

Site Coordinator Manager/QA Mgr. Marine Terminal upgrade of Offshore Jetty Loading Facility, Dock Loading Facility and Subsea Pipelines. Identified lack of communication, missing QA/QC and welding procedures and proper documentation. Improved QA / QC resources and implemented corrective action for compliance, while giving construction oversight. Fabrication and upgrade project. Coordinate Path Forward of Shore Base and Offshore mechanical, instrument, electrical and marine construction contractors. Complete replacement of Marine loading / offloading Jetty Facility in conjunction with the Inland Dock upgrade. The project included subsea tie-ins and pipelines, seabed preparation with daily dive operations. Total project $165 million. 200 plus personnel. BORCO Project complete.

Oct-09 thru Mar-2011 BP,

Site Coordinator Manager Mechanical and E & I. Held simultaneous roles as site manager & QA mgr. of all disciplines to include all fabrication and welding offsite. Lead as construction manager, coordinator and commissioning for Marine Terminal upgrade to include Dockside loading facility, Load Cells, Pipelines and Automation. Identified absence of qualified QA/QC DOT department and documentation, HSE personnel, Red Line deficiencies, specific schedule and budget over-runs, lack of correct commissioning procedures. Requested additional qualified resources and implemented corrective action to include establishing & managing QA/QC department with DOT compliance. Identified Team disconnects and lack of effective communication at the site level and implemented corrective action, implemented Team Building. Oversight and management of construction and of commissioning and turnover of systems. Upgrade project for Product movements pipeline and Marine Terminal facility in Carteret New Jersey. Upgrade primary loading/offloading cells and pipelines, piping, equipment and tanks to include product and blending tanks.
