Delivered consistent results for Ericsson and our clients.

oMaintained #1 status of all Ericsson teams Nationwide – delivering highest completion and close-out rate.

o T-Mobile Philadelphia Market moved from #4 in 2012 to #2 in 2017 and #1 in network performance (according to Root Metrics) in 2018.

oVerizon achieved #1 overall performance rating in New Jersey, seven quarters straight.

Founded local in-house technician training academy for Verizon to reduce costs and increase quality. The regional training program was a standard 8 week program that required techs to travel to, and stay at, a regional training center. Our in-house center was more real-world. We asked to opt out and instead train our own people. We were able to reduce the training program from 8 weeks to 5 weeks, getting techs into production mode faster, removing the expense of hotels and meals to stay at a regional center, and we found our techs understood basic concepts better once out on their own. Gained an estimated 30% savings on the training budget with better results than through the traditional regional service center.

Implemented specialized dispatch system for Verizon to improve response time. Our old dispatch system simply assigned the next ticket to the next tech in queue. This could result in travel time of up to one hour to the customer premises. Implemented instead a geographic-based dispatch system to reduce unnecessary travel time and increase production.
