Description: Responsible for effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management. Also looking after timely and hygienic packing of the finished goods (Food items) and dispatching the same to the respective sites on timely basis and maintaining the maximum hygienic measures. Also ensuring and printing proper printing of the dispatch notes from the SAP system for each client and daily coordinating with the SAP department for the smooth running of the dispatch procedure and minimizing the errors in the daily dispatch. Has to plan and allot the work to the logistics helpers (labours) on daily basis for whole day for timely packing and delivery of the goods in addition to this make sure that the delivery vans are timely and properly loaded by logistics helpers as per dispatch notes and timely reaches the sites. Make sure that the drivers schedule is made properly and implement the same and route mapping and planning for deliveries. Also looking after day to day maintenance of the vehicles like repair of the vehicle, make sure all the delivery vans are washed properly as to provide proper hygienic food to the clients.

Has to ensure that the production department has done timely and proper quantity and quality of production of the goods taking hygienic measures and make sure that the packing is also done on effective and urgent basis to minimize the spoiling of the finished goods production (Food items) and coordinate with the production department on timely and daily basis for the smooth dispatch procedure.

Also responsible for the timely and proper sending of the clients requirement from the store department and send to the site. Also make sure that the store department issues and we deliver proper quantity and quality of the required stock to the sites. Using information systems for order management, costing and shipping, dispatch, documentation, logistics and coordinating status till the final delivery.

Also looking after the whole raw material stores and the procurement of raw material form market and looking after the inward of raw materials and other items of the company. Maintaining and keeping record of the stock in the store and looking after the daily entry and exit of stock in SAP and their respective bill entry in the SAP system. Also keeping track of the daily usage of the raw materials in the factory from the stores and keeping eye on that there is proper issuance of the material according to the SAP system and as per the requirement of production team in the factory. Than after raising purchase requirement to the purchase department for the stock of the material.

Description: Looking after whole administration of the company office which includes resolving all inquiries and maintain inventory of all office supplies and place required purchase orders and perform all clerical work, which includes raising daily and monthly bill to the clients and ensuring that the payment is received. Also looking after smooth running of the office work in the office. Also responsible for ordering spare parts, oil ect. for the maintenance of the machinery and responsible for the overall maintenance of the machinery and keeping records of the same.

Description: Receiving, maintaining and counting the stock coming from the central warehouse, putting stock in the warehouse, looking after daily stock coming and stock going to other branches of the company in UK, daily receiving VOR (VOR - parts coming from other branches in UK) parts and sending VOR (VOR - parts sending to other branches in UK), doing credit of the parts not found and in addition checking the parts picked and sending for final delivery to customers. Doing credits for the goods retuned by the customers on day to day basis and sort out drivers problems regarding credit of the goods and coordinating with the customers for the query regarding the goods sent back to the branch for credit. Sorting out problems between sales and warehouse. Raising purchase order with the suppliers and ordering the stock and maintaining the same. Was also responsible for locating new stock arrival in the warehouse and giving proper bin locations in the online K8 system for the easy finding and locating of the parts.
