I have completed over *** construction projects overlooking all aspects of each one of them since I was the main contractor in all of them in a small company owned by my and a partner. I started as a laborer in my young years and ended up as a Licensed Contractor. I know how to perform all trades, I know the permitting processes, I know the inspector's job and what they need to see, I know what corners workers will try to cut and I know how to prevent them. My experience goes beyond basic knowledge and I certainly will exceed expectations in any construction related position.
With my extensive background as a labor worker and
remodeler for almost 8 yeas I’m pretty confident to say I’ve work in almost, if not, over 200 projects.
Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to learn all trades, accumulating knowledge, experiences and skills in most areas of residential construction and put them in practice. Throughout my career I’ve worked with painting crews, framing, drywall, tile installers, concrete guys and later directly with a License General Contractor which later became my mentor, all forging me to become a great manager which I am today; I possess the knowledge of how each trade is done which all lead me to become a Licensed Certified
Residential Contractor, gaining the necessary knowledge of the FL Building Codes, so not only I can make sure the work is done right because I know how to do it right but also make sure the work is done how a State Inspector wants it.
