Insurance diagrams for Zurich Insurance company. They insure big businesses. I have done many diagrams of Amazon.com sites, Hilton Hotel sites, General Dynamics and many more.

I produced diagrams for small electronic components for CUI Stack, Inc. March 2023 to Now: PLI Systems, LLC.

• Assembly drawings for large drill setups as well as other machine setups.

2013 to 2023: FARO Technologies, Inc.

Position: Technical Support Specialist Tier 3

• Act as third level of technical support responding to customer inquiries received through facsimile, e-mail, telephone or other communication method and related to any range of the FARO’s products.

• Make inquiries to determine the nature and extent of problem and to isolate areas of concern.

• Identify causes of problems and provide solutions to customers.

• Structure solutions to suit user circumstances and level of competency and communicate through means suited to user requirements.

• Ability to handle high call volume and correspondence and multi-task. On a daily basis I conducted remote sessions on the customer’s computers and aided in troubleshooting and actively helped and trained the customers with their projects and diagrams.

Customer support for the following items.

FARO Zone 2D and 3D: These programs are for diagramming, animations, etc.. They are specific for the Forensic Market: Police and Fire.

FARO Scene: Scene is for the registration (piecing all of the scans into one scene) of point clouds generated by 3D scanners that generate millions of measurements of the surrounding areas.

Focus Scanners: Focus S120, Focus X30, 130, 330, M70, S70, 150, 350. These are the FARO models of scanners for which I provided technical support for the customers; how to shoot scenes and troubleshooting.

Freestyle Scanner: This scanner is for smaller areas. I helped customers with support for this. I showed them how to combine the scans from these with the Focus scans in Scene.

2002 to 2013: The CAD Zone

Position: CADD Expert (AutoCAD and Rhino) and Support

CONCLUSION

For the past 30+ years I have supported the customer base with the company products in all three of the companies listed. I have also in that time produced diagrams using the CAD Zone products, AutoCAD and Rhino.

I have successfully registered Point Clouds in Scene in-house and in remote sessions, I have helped customers with their registrations and with troubleshooting problems with Scene and other FARO Products regarding installations, license issues, scanner issues and questions, etc. Everything I have done is related to CAD and mostly AutoCAD.
