Marriott Timber Lodge Condominiums South Lake Tahoe, CA - $48 million project acted as change order/field engineer. Completed as built drawings on design build contract, coordinated RFIs, PCOs and worked with Prolog to communicate with all project subcontractors, architect and owner’s representative.

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library, San Jose, CA - $105 million SDSU project acted as field engineer working for Hensell Phelps helping coordinate and document field progress with existing team using Prima Vera and meeting minutes for subcontractor coordination meetings while closing out.

St. Regis Hotel, Condominium, Museum Tower, San Francisco, CA – $279 million hotel, condo, museum next to Museum of modern art. Lead engineer/Assistant Project Manager in charge of tracking all costs and verifying correct % complete for monthly billings.

Hensell Hall Science Hall, SFSU San Francisco, CA - $27 million seismic retrofit, lead asbestos abatement project, replaced lead engineer. I was brought in to help document progress using Microsoft Project, coordinate subcontractor work and ensure safety in the field mostly with respect to the asbestos and lead abatement.

Pioneer Park, 37-unit Condominium, Puyallup, WA – This was a ground up $9 million condominium and small concert hall project where I acted as Assistant Project Manager handling all project documentation, subcontractor coordination, meeting minutes and as built drawings. This project was given the AGC Excellence in construction award in 2007.

Olympic Hotel, Seattle, WA – Project Manager for complete piping replacement by using ACE Envirotech’s unique sandblasting and coating of interior supply lines with epoxy.

Seattle Sheridan Hotel, Seattle, WA - Project Manager for complete piping replacement by using ACE Envirotech’s unique sandblasting and coating of interior supply lines with epoxy.

Airport Holiday Inn, Seattle, WA - Project Manager for complete piping replacement by using ACE Envirotech’s unique sandblasting and coating of interior supply lines with epoxy.

Olive 8 office tower, Seattle, WA – Project Manager for elevator portion of downtown tower coordinated with GC to make sure all elevator shafts and machine rooms were correctly laid out with all required reinforcements, embeds and power supply placed correctly.

9th and Stewart Office Complex, Seattle, WA – Project Manager for elevators and escalators for this large downtown office complex. Coordinated with GC to make sure all required structural reinforcement, holes drilled for hydraulic elevator pistons and concrete placed within strict tolerances for escalator placement.

Swedish Medical Center, Seattle, WA – Project Manager for elevators in this downtown tower coordinated with GC to make sure all elevator shafts and machine rooms were correctly laid out with all required reinforcements, embeds and power supply placed correctly.

Harborview Medical Center, Seattle, WA – Project Manager for elevators in this capitol hill downtown tower. Coordinated with GC to make sure all elevator shafts and machine rooms were correctly laid out with all required reinforcements, embeds and power supply placed correctly. Even worked with HVAC subcontractor to make sure gas evacuation equipment was placed correctly and tied in with elevator.

CVUSD, El Cajon, CA – Construction Manager for $25 million district wide solar/carport installation. Directed the placement of over 5 megawatts of carport and rooftop arrays on 24 schools for the Cajon Valley Union School District. The award-winning team attained PTO on the $25 million portfolio within seven months from groundbreaking. Procurement challenges demanded double shift schedule coordination with school in session to avoid LDs.

Modern Times Restaurant, Encinitas, CA – Superintendent on $550,000 ten-week unique restaurant TI completed per schedule and within budget constraints. Coordinated all activities including safety, subcontractors, inspections, RFIs, changes in scope and self-performed minor light carpentry.

General Atomics Gas Main Replacement, Torrey Pines, CA – Superintendent in control of all aspects required to successfully complete 14 building gas main replacement. Worked closely with the owner to coordinate safety, excavation, placement and tie in of new gas supply lines for 14 buildings.

Amazon Distribution Center DSD1, San Diego, CA – Superintendent responsible for all phase 1 work on an active Amazon Distribution Center which included adding new exterior light poles, ramps, new exterior roll up doors, man doors, dock levelers, security, data systems, and new restroom addition.

Amazon Distribution Center DLV1, Las Vegas, NV – Superintendent responsible for adding insulation to entire distribution center while in operation. Had to lead the insulation team during midnight shifts to keep from impacting Amazon shipping in the main Las Vegas distribution center.

Amazon Distribution Center DWA9, Sumner, WA – Superintendent on new distribution center for Amazon. Completed $27.8 million build out of the latest Amazon shipping center in four months.

Arby’s Restaurant in Lakeside, CA – Superintendent in charge of ground up construction of an Arby’s in the beautiful San Diego suburb of Lakeside. Broke ground and quickly began running a tightly scheduled standard Arby’s. This work included final demolition of existing building, excavating for trenching, foundation, SOG, framing and MEP coordination as well as drying in building and leaving everything ready for the tenant to move in and start business. Responsible for all field work, safety, schedule, meetings, subcontractor direction and inspections required.

Walmart Fuel Station, Kerman, CA– Superintendent in charge of all final inspections, punch list and C of O for the first Walmart fuel station in the state of CA. Took over for previous superintendent who moved on to other work. Quickly passed Walmart training and certification allowing for smooth transition during leadership change.

Sam’s Club Car Wash, Las Vegas, NV- Superintendent in charge of ground up carwash at an existing Sam’s Club. Completely responsible for all fieldwork and coordination with all parties involved with the construction team.

Walmart #444, Springfield, MO- Superintendent responsible for entire store remodel led team on front end transformation, all restrooms, breakroom, pharmacy, and vision center as well as new deli and refrigeration equipment upgrade. Completely responsible for all fieldwork and coordination with all parties involved with the construction team. Performed both night and day duties.

Walmart 4201, Edgewood, NM- Superintendent called out to assist emergency response team to reopen store after arson. Demo of damaged space and replacement of 20,000 sqft of roofing area above grocery portion of store. Store reopened in time for holidays with further upgrades pending.
