2023 to present Medical Technologist Labcorp Stat Lab in Huntsville, AL

● Responsible for working in a Stat Lab working as a generalist. Perform QC daily for

Urinalysis, Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry.

• Validations, calibrations, and parallel testing as needed.

2021-2023 Medical Technologist at Tri- Star Centennial Hospital Sarah Cannon Cancer Bone Marrow Transplant program.

Responsible for Car-T Cell patient Transplant product preparation.

Works with NMDP Allogenic products being received in for BMT inpatient transplants by cryopreservation and fresh infusions.

Work with Sarah Cannon staff for all Autologous transplants.

Perform testing on all products and calculations for proper dosing.

Direct communication with all Transplant Physicians.

Perform validations and monthly, quarterly maintenance on all equipment used

in the Cell Processing Laboratory.

PERSONAL: Married to my husband Scott since 1995. We have two sons. We all enjoy hiking, camping, tennis, water sports, various other sports and traveling.

In my spare time away from work, I enjoy and love working with the Land Trust of North Alabama as a community volunteer. I have co-chaired the Silent Auction for the Moon Dance over 3 Caves for many years. I also work on numerous events for the Land Trust, volunteering or helping organize other events.

I also volunteer with the Hunter Stephenson Feline and Canine Rescue in Owens Cross Roads as a dog walker.

I also volunteer with American Medical Technologist on the Subject Matter Expert team representing the Blood Bank team and preparing test questions for the National Exam. Also with AMT I work with the Alabama State Society as a Board Member. Serving in the past as a Secretary and as the Vice-President.
