Foundry entire operation handling Marketing, Sales, Production Melting, Moulding, Fettling, Development and Pattern shop, Maintenance,Purchase and Store activities, HR department.

Production per kg of good casting cost controlling at Melting De-oxidation, Lining and Consumables, Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless steel, Power consumption. At Moulding Silica sand, Silicate oil, Exothermic sleeves, Coating, LPG, Zircon sand, Collapsible agent and consumables. At Fettling Heat treatment, Cutting of O2 and LPG gas, Shot blast, SFG and other consumables. At Quality MPI Powder, DP, Acid pickling, Radiography, UT test.

Meeting customer place review of pending order, new project order handling discussion. 2. From Dec 2017 to June 2022 working as a Manger Production planning foundry at -KU INDUSTRIES PVT LTD . COIMBATORE.

Managing production schedules and ensuring that production targets are met 120 tons per month.

Monitoring and analyzing per ton of moudling materials consumption and cost saving, Control of welding rod consumption, Defects upgrades, power cost saving.

Developing and implementing new products sample pouring and quality improvements and efficiency measures.

Pain shop and Customer Dispatch Planning for Hubs and Main frames. 4. From June 2009 to Sep 2016 worked as a PRODUCTION MANAGER –FOUNDRY at FLOW LINK SYSYTEM (P) LTD. ARASUR, COIMBATORE

Execute production plans and schedules to meet customer demand, internal & external, and production targets.

Lead, manage and supervise the production team, ensuring the highest level of KPI performance and productivity.

Ensure that production processes are efficient, production cost-effective, and comply with all applicable quality and safety standards.

Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous improvement in production quality, efficiency, and output.
