Have over 40 years of working experience in construction industry leading major construction projects to its completion with in time frame, budget, and with safety and required quality assurance. Handed over projects on completion to clients including monitoring during defects liability periods. Have worked for most desired clients, i.e.. RTA in Dubai, UAE, which is equivalent to DOT in USA, as both construction Project Manager for majority of the career and Resident Engineer for the last two years. The works involved post project award planning, recruiting and mobilization of the required staff, prepare construction program, safety and quality guidelines and monitoring, progress and budget follow ups, recruiting suppliers and subcontractors within project timeline, detailing working drawings to suit site conditions along with cost efficient ways to construct the project.

Project Name: Etihad Rail, UAE

Construction of Bridges, Underpasses, Culverts to facilitate the Rail network across existing and proposed road networks in Dubai, UAE. All in-situ concrete structures and post tensioned bridges

Assisting PM in all his functions from technical to financial progress and planning

The project ran on time and with good financial results till date: the project value is $86 million, expected final value $163 million with variations instructed. Staff and worker’s strength reached up to 1200 at its peak

Project Name: Bridge Road Connection to car park and Retail Link Bridges.

Drainage, water, electricity, sewer, Services relocation, steel retail Link Bridge, and bridges of various types, such as post-tension, in-situ, steel and composite

Lead the construction team on site from mobilization to completion and handing over to client

Project value $130 Million, with peak staff and worker at 900 + subcontractors. Completed on time to the complete satisfaction of client and company management achieving more than the required profit

Project Name: Dubai Water Canal Infrastructure Package 2

Roads, bridges and services relocation to facilitate Dubai Canal Construction. This was a flagship project of Dubai Roads and Transport Authority

Was selected by contactor, consultant and client to lead this flagship project of DUBAI. It was completed on time despite the challenges/obstructions faced from various quarters during project execution.

Managed more than 60 staff and 1000 workers in house + subcontractors. Value of project was $198 Million.
