1.Check the WPS Certificate latest issue on shop floor.and verification of running electrodes classification .

2.Every day verifying the Current Welding Wire Batch number on shop floor.and to verify the Material grade/ type monitoring.

3.verifying the Dimensions inspection completed prior start the welding.

4.Checking the full join penetration CJP and checked the tacking and Backing method.

5.During inspection vefiying the CJP, PJP joints. And all bevels are verifying with as per drawing.
