From the 4th of February 2019 to the 26th of April 2019 i did a short in Pychosocial Counselling and obtained a craft certificate at the Ministry of Health and Unaids. I i'mproved support service and overall quality standards of the facility by 20%. I have managed several difficult emergency situations by employing quick action thereby saving many accidents and the victim’s lives.
