Led a cross-functional team to introduce "Flat-bed" All-in-One products into club warehouse mass merchants successfully and at a profit. Accomplished this result by leveraging other relationships within HP to get an audience and then sold them on a projected revenue plan.

Developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy for marketing HP products to the Real Estate Vertical Market through retail and other channels; resulting in establishing HP as a preferred supplier for the real estate market and led to significantly increasing its market share in this area.

Negotiated a successful cross-promotion with Microsoft and led a team to create, produce, and implement a special program. This included the set-up of over 3600 displays in retail stores over a 4 month period. The budget for this project was the largest ever set forth by HP in a retail effort and it was delivered on time and under budget.

Managed the creation, production, distribution, and installation of retail Point-of-Sale collateral in over 5,000 North American (US and Canada) outlets for inkjet (Deskjet) printing and All-in-One categories. Yearly budget varied between $2M - $4M

Supervised a group of over 300 employees responsible for POS in individual stores. Managed all final “go-to-market” strategic and tactical elements of product launch cycle as part of the management team

Marketing Skills

Teamed with internal partners and external stakeholders to define the next-generation products for the All-in-One category. This effort led to the creation of the All-in-One photo printers which became the most profitable sub-segment of the All-in-One category.

Contributed to the redesign of HP’s brand identity and value proposition for retail sales world-wide. Organized focus groups to gather feedback that led to repositioning HP as more than just a "printer" company. The project helped make HP a household name in consumer electronics.

Launched two new advertising products at Homes.com and trained a sales team to achieve the most successful launch of any of the company’s advertising services.
