Promote reunification or prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic venues (i.e., psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, or residential treatment services) for the identified youth. Promote a family-based focus to defuse the current behavioral health crisis, evaluate its nature, and intervene to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. Ensure linkages to needed psychiatric, psychological, medical, nursing, educational, and other community resources, including appropriate aftercare upon discharge (i.e., medication outpatient appointments). In addition, improves the child’s/adolescent’s ability to recognize and self-manage behavioral health issues, as well as the guardian’s and any other caretakers’ capacity to care for the child/adolescent.

Handle contacts from customers and gain their trust by providing solutions to their travel needs. Listen to the customers’ needs and proactively offer options. Generate revenue by selling tickets and related products/services while delivering high customer service. The ability to work in an operation that covers 24 hours, including weekends and holidays, and day/evening/overnight shifts that could vary throughout the year and as determined through seniority bidding. Assist in behavior crises as needed and respond appropriately during a behavior crisis to diffuse and de-escalate behavioral outbursts. Provides direct clinical interventions with each person assigned to the caseload, including individual and family therapy, and works collaboratively to ensure clinical expertise is appropriately applied. Serve as a team member and participate in a committee assigned to ensure quality assurance. Complete necessary credentialing paperwork with MCOs and insurances as needed/requested and maintain updated CAQH profile timely with accuracy. Also, develops and maintains relationships with community stakeholders for contracts and networking.
