I was in charge of running the Church. From keeping my Pastor’s calendar to making sure that service ran smoothly on Sunday morning. I typed out the bulletin for service, his business cards & all letters. I faxed, emailed, and sent & received the mail every day. I did spreadsheets to keep track of the members.
Administrative Assistant/1991-1999
I worked for a Temp Agency and I would do various jobs from making coffee to Excel. I answered multi-line phones, sent out Fed Ex packages & made PowerPoint charts. At some jobs I would just open the mail and get their deposits ready for the bank. Copying, faxing and filing was a normal part of my job.
