I was a teller for about 6 months with the following responsibilities:

· Managed opening and closing times for the main branch.
· Opened new customer deposit accounts and made changes in ownership, data, and product type for client accounts and profiles.
· Oversaw the branches internal controls on a daily basis.
· Managed the teller line.
· Carried out sales strategies to market BMO financial products.
· Created efficient branch schedules on a Bi-Weekly basis that appealed to the goals of the branch and availability of the staff.
· Researched and resolved customer issues on personal savings, checking and lines of credit accounts.
· Maintained confidentiality of bank records and client information.
I then got promoted to banker to these responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing full-service banking relationships while delivering a high-touch and superior service experience to a portfolio of affluent clientele who have a minimum of $250k in liquid/investable assets.
• Responsible for generating growth in balances through the sale, marketing, promotion, and referral of products utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach.
• Develop strong relationships with branch teammates through effective and continuous communication and proactively work with business partners (such as Loan Officers, Business Bankers, and Financial Advisors).
• As the main point of contact for the client, my primary responsibility is to adopt a proactive and disciplined approach to expanding and retaining existing relationships and acquiring new affluent clients by actively soliciting referrals from satisfied clients and developing internal and external referral sources.
