I would like to obtain a position with in a company or organization that allows me to build upon my experience but continue to learn and get better at the same time. I feel as if my time at Lacks was instrumental in my growth as a young professional and I appreciate the opportunities I was afforded while there but am ready and eager to take on life's next set of challenges. I have spent time in the office setting of manufacturing and also retail. I have a natural ability to build a rapport with those I work with but at the same time I understand the importance of attention to detail. Willing to relocate: Anywhere

I am often the first person a customer speaks with when calling about new services. I take pride in being able to be personal and profession. And building a rapport with each customer in the beginning of a call is a good way to ensure a positive outcome for all parties involved. In an effort to keep the company's costumer happy I often begin each call with a brief, complimentary greeting. Remaining positive throughout the call is always a goal even when some customers choose not to. It is very important to be able to multitask. Entering information correctly, while remaining attentive to the conversation and not being detracted can be a task at times but it's something I enjoy. I'm currently in the top 5% sales rates of my call center.

I was originally hired at the Plastic Plate facility on Monroe in downtown Grand Rapids, as a general labor worker. Known as RUIPA( Racking,Unracking,Inspecting & Packaging.) RUIPA workers or on the floor doing basic skill jobs. During my time at Lacks I applied and obtained many different job titles. Shortly after my time there, I became a certified Trainer. This proved my ability to do a job well and train other to do so. I was also responsible for carrying out multiple other responsibilities. Plant Tours and Safety walk troughs for new employees and visitors from other companies. I also was apart of helping out with the hiring process with new employees. Providing Information on weather or not the employee was a good fit for the job. Also giving opinion on where the employees would be a good fit. eventually became the 2nd Shift Quality Supervisor. The Q/A department is differs from RUIPA areas. It involves more attention to detail. Often a second or third opinion is require to insure our costumer gets the quality they were accustom to. We are were literally the last line of defense when it comes to defects and weights, thousands of dollars can depend on a scratch or nick that is only a fraction of an inch or a weight that is 1 thousandth of a gram outside the boundary or standard. This gave me the opportunity to act in a supervisor role, I take pride in my ability to lead others but also be a part of a team. As both a trainer and quality lead I was able to lead by example but still work side by side with my employees. night supervisor
