Regional Director of engineer (salary)

• making sure the organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service.

• Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established

• Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.

• Organizing the budget of the company and hiring; training new and existing employees.

BP (British Petroleum) (Houston, Texas) September 2013- 2014

Operations Specialist (Part-time)

• Assist with daily field requests for assistance and problem resolution.

• Provide operational expertise for employees & contractors inside and outside the Control Center.

• Assist with the development and implementation of Management of Change (MOC) for required changes and revise operational procedures as needed.

• Assist system enhancements, and database clean up.

• Coordinate downtime for projects and repairs, with the appropriate scheduling and field teams.

• Assist with the coordination of Backup Control Center (BCC) annual tests for systems and consoles.

• Assist with Operator Qualification (OQ) certification and OQ processes.

• Assist the Operations Team Leads to ensure that DOT, BP, emergency response, and Controller Training requirements are met and balanced with day-to-day operations.

Chief Maintenance (Full-time)

• Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, to include painting, carpet/floor cleaning, etc.

• Perform major adjustments on HVAC systems, including the repair and/or replacement of air

conditioning units.

• Perform repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment to include television sets, light fixtures, etc.

• Perform all other duties outlined in the Company’s Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.

•Clean and maintain the hotel’s exterior areas, to include the swimming pool, parking lot, and all

other aspects pertaining to the hotel’s overall landscape and curb appeal.

• Protect Company assets by properly securing tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Report requests for major repairs to the General Manager.

• Assist the General Manager in determining capital requests and monitoring existing contracts for capital projects.

• Do monthly inventory for the maintenance department

• Supervised maintenance department, train front desk, housekeeping department to troubleshot maintenance issues.

• Travel in my region to troubleshoot, and fix maintenance issues. Region 7 consists of La Porte, Victoria, Clute, Huntsville, Texas City, and all the Houston, Texas area.

• Perform work duties in accordance with Company safety and security policies and procedures, as well as in accordance with posted OSHA, HazCom, and Blood Borne Pathogen regulations and other applicable state and local regulations.

• Report and store lost-and-found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
