My best friends uncle Rocco Trotta, was the owner.

This company

Did just about everything, from beginning to end.

At first I was a basic general laborer, then they had me do surveys for upcoming jobs, especially sidewalk Spalding and where it needed to be repaired.

In the beginning I basically did whatever needed to be done.

I’m a very fast learner so, I was aggressively recruited for just about anything.

I did a large amount of concrete finishing, especially because I’m not only fit but 6’7” tall so I was able to do much larger jobs than any normal guy.

I was extremely good at smoothing larger jobs.

They had me take the iron works physical, and I passed with flying colors.

Soon after my wife wanted to move to Scottsdale Arizona, to be near her parents, and I left the job even before the written iron workers exam.

I’m glad I left, because not long after I got moved to Arizona Mr. Trotta sold the company.

ARIZONA

New Beginnings Debt Solutions - Scottsdale AZ (2007– 2011) President

Was given the opportunity to start a company, in an up and coming industry, with the housing industry in trouble and Americans in way over their heads in Credit Card debt, I saw a unique opportunity to grow exponentially, and that we did

Growing from 1 office to 7 and over 100 employees, my job was done and I saw another opportunity.

Instant Settle Consultants LLC. (CEO,President)(2011-2016)

Now having the experience and the knowledge of the industry my goal was to be the best, getting rid of my back end afforded me complete control and the company. It took off, having no middle man, meant all profits stayed in house.

However in the beginning I was also Customer Services, and lead negotiator.

Now seeking my next adventure I sold my the company to my ex wife.

Dish Network (2016-2019)

We did Training on zoom, because there were over 20 reps from all over the USA, while I was at the Phoenix office. After 2 weeks of training, I was named MVP

of my entire training team.

I had to keep Customers from leaving Dish Network, in a recession, this is a very difficult job.

After 2 weeks on the job I became only the second rep in the history of the office (17 years) to achieve

100% saves for the day 19 for 19.

I was also 7 for 7 to start the next day, that’s 26 for 26

It’s all about report, because if they like you, it’s hard to say no.

Left Dish because I could see that

Streaming was becoming the new thing, and I had a friend, starting his own company and asked me to help train and manage his entire sales team.

The company started well, because I had put together a script, based on Belfort’s straight line script.

The owner, my friend, decided to write his own script, wanting to be seen as the man, and Sales plummeted, he also started to purchase real cheap leads and I

Resigned when he wouldn’t listen.

Independent Home LLC (2020-2023)

Sales Representative

I was recruited by the Owner and a good friend who has been there for 10 years or more.

I was by far the highest paid representative in the office and did very making appointments that actually sold pretty well.

The company hired several very young people with little to no experience. These new reps were getting lots of appointments, most of which were porched or just not home where the sales rep, on the road showed up.

I didn’t get along with the manager, so after several altercations, I decided to leave.

Also we started with covid epidemic, so not an easy start, but we worked through it.

In my personal life I read travel and spend time with my kids

I do from time to time still help Negotiate debt because

No one does it better and travel to New York to spend time training and preparation

To meet sales goals

I’m now ready for my next challenge.

I Love to cook, you name it and I’ll make it, and make it delicious at that, so I’m told.
