* Fabrication of pipe support on shear keys, cross girder, pipe shoes, PSSP & PSGP type. Fabrication of Counter Weight Support stiffeners, base plate, flange plate & eye lug. Fabrication of CHRISTMAS TREE support including collar.

* Spool pre-fabrication of pipe to flange, pipe to elbow & pipe double ending and also lateral type.

ERECTION WORKS:

* Erection of fabricated spools & swiftbends from laydown area to WELLPAD 312 SSA to their final position & elevation.

*Erection of fabricated spools of 20”Ǿ & 10”Ǿ stainless steel pipeline at upper MAHIAO DISPOSAL SYSTEM to their final position & elevation.

* Erection of fitted spools of 24”Ǿ Re-Injection line cross country piping to the final position & elevation.

FINAL FIT-UP AND INSTALLATION:

* Final fit-up & installation of steam pipeline from WELL PAD 312 SSA to TP-30 G1-300-21 main pipeline.

* Installation of pipe supports such as shearkeys, cross girder, pipe shoes PSSP, PSGP types.Installation of Counter Weight Support base to the designated location.And also installation of Christmas Tree support to the wellhead.

* Final fit-up & installation of 20ӯ and 10ӯ stainless pipeline at upper Mahiao Condensate Disposal System. Joints fitted are trimmed elbow to pipe, pipe to flange, and pipe double ending. Drain pot is also included in the pipeline.

* Replacement and final fit-up of 24ӯ Re-injection line Cross Country piping from joint 1 to joint 58 of South Sambaloran R.I. line. Joints fitted are pipe double ending, elbow to pipe, pipe to flange and reducer to pipe.(LPD) is also installed in the pipeline.

PUNCHLISTING WORKS:

Final inspection at WELLPAD 312 SSA and replacement of all temporary bolts, nuts & gasket and the correct orientation of the handwheels and also the correct pipe support installed such as:pipe shoes, counter weight support christmas tree support as per drawing specification.Hydro testing or flushing is also needed before final acceptance.

DIMOLITION WORKS:

Cutting and removed top cover of HEAT EXCHANGER VESSEL at HE-J #61, 63, and 81.Cutting and removed welded man hole of the vessels.Cutting all damage pipe supports at Acid Plant package 3 and replace.Cutting out of window opening of the vessels, for man hole or passage purposes.

Backlash and worn-out all damage tubing inside HEAT EXCHANGER VESSELS 58, 61, and 81.

ERECTION WORKS:

Erection of 1 "Ø pipes to be replace of all damage pipes inside the heat exchanger vessel and retubing. Erection of top cover of the vessel and return to the normal position.And also erection of fabricated plate for replacement of the cutted window opening.

FINAL FIT-UP AND INSTALLATION:

Install and retubing of 1 "Ø pipes inside heat exchanger vessel. Declogging of all clogged-up tubing of the vessel. Final fit-up of the cover and fabricated plate of the window opening of the vessel and full welding. Install temporary blinds for air leak testing purpose. Removed all temporary blind after air leak testing and fit-up install the final blind flange.

HANDLING WORKS:

Hauling of fabricated spools from fabrication shop to field area at OLEFINS III piperack and segregation base to the nearest column and orientation. ERECTION WORKS:

Erection of fabricated spools at piperack that base on their elevation and orientation.Spools erected are:Quench Water pipeline, Low Pressure Steam Condensate, Hot Blow Down, Dilution Steam, Cooling Water Supply, Medium Pressure Steam Condensate, Process Condensate, & Low Pressure Steam.Diameter of pipelines are:20”Ø, 18”Ø, 14”Ø, 8”Ø, 6”Ø, 4”Ø, 2”Ø,and 1 Ø. FINAL FIT-UP AND INSTALLATION:

Final fit-up and installation to their designated pipeline position from ground level to above level elevation and orientation, including pipes support, pipe to pipe joints, pipe to fittings, fittings to fittings. Fabricated spool to nozzle of the vessel, bolting is also included in flange to flange joints, and also installation of gasket. Cutting, grinding, beveling, treaming of excess measurement of fabricated spools and random pipes.Total alignment, leveling, straightness set- up on center to center distance, arrangement in long run piping at pipe rack, prior for welding works.

PUNCHLISTING WORK:

Replacement of all temporary bolts, knots, and gasket after hydro testing.Final installation of valves to the correct description and orientation of hand wheels.Also included the correct pipe support installed, such as:pipe guide, U- bolt, miscillanous pipe support, pipe shoes and gusset support for small branches of pipeline.Removed all tack welds of the pipelines. If all materials and fittings are available such as pipes, elbows, flanges, sockolets, weldolets, and others, we assemble that base on isometric drawing. Some particular diameters are: big bore and small bore with their designated thickness from 80, 60, 40 and also standard schedule. All pipelines are mostly carbon steel. Also fabrication of pipe shoes, PSSP and PSGP type, cross girder and shear keys.

HANDLING WORKS:

Hauling of fabricated spools, pipe shoes and girder from fabrication shop to field area and segrigation to their pipeline position, to well pad, to separator vessel and to yard area.

FINAL FIT-UP AND INSTALLATION:

*Final fit-up and installation of steam pipeline from well pad 503 (well 514D) 14ӯ schedule 80 joint # 1 to joint 21 including one (1) set of PTA (Pressure Tapping) two (2) sets of SPB (Sample Points) and one (1) set of LPD (Low Point Drain) 45 in position. Bolting is also needed in flange to flange joints

*Final fit-up and installation of steam pipeline from WELL PAD 503 (WELL PAD 515D) 12ӯ schedule 80 from joint 1 to joint 21 including one (1) set HPV (High Point Vent) two (2) sets SPB (Sample Points) one (1) set LPD (Low Point Drain).

*Final fit-up and installation of steam pipeline from separator of 501 to Re- Injection line to 502.Pipelines installed are:24ӯ, 20ӯ, 18ӯ, 16ӯ 14ӯ

*Final fit-up and installation of steam pipeline from steam header of 509 separator to main plant steam turbine and also installation of drain pots including steam trap.Pipe installed are:36ӯ, 30ӯ, 24ӯ, steam traps are 1ӯ and ү.

*Installation of pipe support such as:cross girder, pipe shoes, support head, christmas tree support and counter weight support that base to their position and location.Bolting is also included in flange to flange joints. PUNCHLISTING WORKS:
