Branch Manager

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, take orders, and address any issues.

Ensure that a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction exists with each client.

Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports for Clients.

Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.

Confer with management to develop sales strategies and plans for each branch.

Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.

Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Handle all credit and collections for the Branch.

Match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information before billing is sent to client site for payment.

Approve and monitor all accounts payables for the Branch.

Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by main, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment.

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.

Account Manager / Office Support Specialized

Take job orders from Clients and ensure timely delivery.

Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.

Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.

Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail, and personal computers.

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.

Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
