Currently leading multi-national team to scale US Advisory new joiner programs to include new hires from Offshore Centers in Bangalore and Shanghai. Piloting a collaborative digital platform for experienced hires (rollout targeted for June 2021) and impacting 1,000 new hires offshore.
Workday@PwC new global human capital system Designed and Deployed Training 2016- 2018
Co-designed global training strategy to introduce the new human capital system to about 250,000 professionals across the PwC Global network. Lead learning architect for the Train-the-Trainer (T3) delivered to 400+ territory representatives and delivered the “Discover Workday@PwC” eLearn course to about 250,000 staff globally. The Workday Learning team delivered 350+ learning assets across 157 countries in one fiscal year.
Aspire to Lead – PwC sponsored global forum on women’s leadership 2014
Served as L&D workstream leader, co-designing three university-based workshops to support the live webcast with Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandburg. Program was viewed at major universities in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australasia, and Europe. In collaboration with Lean-In, these campus workshops were designed to raise awareness, build skills and empower women in their transition from school to the workplace and their professional careers. The workshops were distributed to 150 US universities and translated into five languages for global distribution.

●PwC Future of Learning project 2020-2021
Selected to participate in PwC Future of Learning leadership think tank to reimagine organization-wide learning strategy and methodology under the sponsorship of the Chief Learning Officer. The Future of Learning proposal was presented to the firm’s Board for how to move forward in a post-pandemic environment and thrive as an L&D organization.
Start and Advanced Intern programs 2020 to 2021
Led a team that reimagined the design of the in-person “Day in the Life” of an Audit and Tax Associate to a digital simulation, delivered to 3,900 interns. Evaluation ratings were 4.7 on a 5-point scale (5 = “extremely relevant”).
●Advisory Start Foundations 2019 to 2021
Co-created “out of the box” learning design for entry-level onboarding program to reflect Advisory Practice focus on Innovation and new ways of working. The program welcomes 600-800 Advisory new hires annually with an effectiveness rating of 90%. Converted the in-person program to virtual delivery within days to respond to Covid-19 while maintaining a high effectiveness rating and saving the firm $6 million in travel-related expenses.
