Dear Human Resource Manager,

I am a competitive, highly organized and profitable construction superintendent. The accounting department reported I averaged the highest profit percentage in the company by consistently completing projects ahead of schedule. One 16 month project was completed in 12 months. Very agile minded I can see and offer solutions for problems that may delay the schedule. I am tireless and work any number of hours or days to meet or exceed the schedule.

I have excellent communication, time management and computer skills and am familiar with all types’ masonry, CMU, steel, stick frame and concrete construction. I have dealt with complex electrical, mechanical, life safety and energy management systems in in large institutional and health care I am familiar with most ADA, Fair Housing and Earth Craft standards. I am adept in new construction commercial, multi-family, renovation or a combination of each.
