Operations/Front House Manager - Myrtle Beach, SC

·Performed multiple duties encompassing two managerial titles. Partnered with General Manager, Accountant and Production Manager to insure a smooth operation.

·Operations manager duties include working with outside contractors for building maintenance including HVAC, flooring, exterior and interior none production lighting, the ticketing system (Vivaticket/Enta), the phone system (Nextive VOIP) as well as scheduling all required annual site inspections.

·Worked with the phone company to implement a proper Queue system as opposed to a call center system. Our box office is able to capture more customers with minimal staff.

·Finalized the 2018 HVAC replacement project, working with the contractor to insure on timely testing and completion, and insure the 5-year warranty dedication is honored according to contract.

·Contracted carpet replacement for auditorium/show room.

·Secured a pest control contract.

·Worked with outside IT company to replace out dated internal server and several out dated workstations including all box office ticketing computers based on budgetary restrictions.

·Front House manager duties include managing 25 part time employees and generating weekly schedules and processing time off requests based on projected attendance of each show.

·Closely work with the Box Office Supervisor, Group Sales Director, and Hospitality Sales Director to ensure guests have a legendary experience while attending the show.

·Greet guests as they enter and handle any discretionary customer service calls based on company procedures.

·Responsible for greeting and seating any tour bus groups when Group Sales Director is not on site.

·Responsible for communicating to back stage manager for timely show start.

·Work with concessions supervisor to assure par level inventory and re-order of products sold on a weekly bases.

Audio Engineer - Foley, AL

·Audio Engineer working with Yamaha CL5 and QLAB editing, tracking, and playback Digital Audio Workstation.

·Call and develop all audio queues

·Manage background track playback system (Qlab) during show production.

Stage Manager - Myrtle Beach, SC

·As part of a 3 man Technical Crew (A1/Technical Director, Lighting Designer, and Stage manger) we work very closely together to maintain a 600 seat theater with four band members, four dancers, and anywhere from 5 to 10 primary stars (tribute artist) during our four seasons. We collaborate with the Production Manager to provide all of the Technical aspects for every show.

·Developed and transformed the role of Stage Manager by standardizing and creating all queue lists/ show calls, as well as partnering heads of departments to define all backstage roles and contingencies, essentially becoming the central liaison for the production staff.

·Establish a good working relationship with all new tribute artist/ primary stars in order to streamline any needs or concerns for their performances in our venue.

·Assistant Audio Engineer (A2) working with Yamaha M7CL and SAW editing, tracking, and playback Digital Audio Workstation.

·Create and manage backstage queues for show progression

·Manage and Troubleshoot all microphones (Shure Beta 87 and 58 handhelds, Countryman WCM16 headset condensor), wireless packs (Shure UR1, Shure SLX1, Shure P9R transmitters), microphone stands, stage props, band risers, dancer platforms

·Rigging and assisting the Lighting designer in maintaining all moving and conventional lighting including Techno Beams, Elation 250 and 575, etc.

·Manage and direct all actors and performers backstage before and during the show
