Manager, Perioperative Services

Manager of the Perioperative area in a 320+ bed hospital. Two surgical areas include 20 inpatient operating rooms and 4 ambulatory OR’s. Current role oversees 16 PACU beds, 19 hybrid Pre/post/PACU bed and 13 preop/procedure beds. Retained as the Perioperative Leader to improve the perioperative areas and increase quality metrics, improve efficiency, and expand services. Leading a 60 FTE, 60+ member team comprised of 2 supervisors, RNs, and CNAs. Serving as a strategic partner working with physician leaders, hospital administration, and organizational entities to manage patient care. Aligning multiple departments and regional locations to create an enterprise standard in exceptional clinical care.
