I was hired to bring this store back to life and keep it from closing. I managed all employees, weekly training, reported back with corporate, sold merchandise. I reached out to customers of ours and talked them into upgraded with our company. I went out to other companies and convinced them why they should change their service to ours. I brought up income and profit over 50%. I also had about 15 different companies switch service to us for there businesses. I brought in 40 % more customers into the store. Unfortunately covid hit hard and we were forced to shut down. I worked remotely for awhile. Then by the time childcare opened back up and I was able to rejoin this company again the location I was hired to help had closed and the new location they wanted me at was way to far to commute too.
