• Led 2S and 5S training and implementation across all departments.

• Removed aging bindery equipment and installed 2 high speed Mueller Martini Bravo Plus saddle stitchers and a 21-pocket high speed Bolero perfect binder.

• Bindery consisted of a 27 pocket Muller Martini Norm binder, a 27 pocket Star binder, 3 Muller Martini Bravo stitchers and 2 Prima stitchers. All bindery lines were blow-in, extended card insert and ink-jet capable.

• Quickly promoted to Director of Manufacturing. Instrumental in relocation and hired past key management and equipment operations personnel to ensure success.

• Developed a dynamic operations system and created a winning team with good employee support.
