HR Generalist

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and develop customized recruitment plans that align with organizational goals and values.

Providing high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR related enquiries.

Collaborating with hiring managers to identify strong candidates and create accurate job descriptions, coordinate interviewing and qualification process.

Onboarding and exit interviews.

On-site primary contact for security, building management, and third-party vendors to support all facility-related needs.

Managing HR expenses and invoices.

Generating a variety of reports as requested by the CEO, Finance, and other business leaders.

Serving as point of contact for HR vendors and service providers.

Monitoring FMLA requests; ensuring files and tracking for various leaves is accurate.

Responsible for COBRA administration and staying up to date on OSHA requirements.

Updating HRIS system for changes to employee status related to FMLA, ADA, PTO, etc.

Supporting policy administration for professional staff.

Participating in planning and hosting employee events; drafting memos related to employee promotions and internal relocations.

Managing the visa application and renewal process for all international employees; research visa options for prospective employees and partner with outside council as necessary.

Other administrative duties as assigned.
