Solely reviewed the books, met with Tax & Legal Department with my findings. I went before G.P. City Tax Board, which resulted in a constant annual savings of $800K in taxes, due to my adjustment.

During 2015 with my new implemented cost savings measures, division started at $2.5mil negative, ended at $100K positive.

2014- 2016 with my new implemented Accounting and Inventory procedures, required provision for obsolete inventory improved from $1.6M to $454K.

Improved inventory turnover ratio from 1.86 to 2.12 securing free port exemption on property tax.

Implementing SCF program on the major supplier and extending payment terms form 30 and 60 days to 90 and 120 days.

Implemented expense inventory policies, personally negotiated with the Vendors, savings of $300K on annual basis.

Implemented new Activity Based Costing model instead of Traditional Costing System approach for all manufacturing product lines “Project Ko$t - first time to implement within the group, accurate product costing, better marketing portfolio and better resource / cost management.

Implemented BirdDog freight solution, saving Administration cost for both Accounting and Logistics saving equivalent to 1 headcount average of $40K annually.
