Directed the acquisition of 23 multifamily properties, 2 office blocks, 12 anchored retail centers, 15 industrial properties, 12 mobile home parks, 22 office buildings (mostly medical), 12 multi-tenant retail centers and multiple retail development sites. Total acquisitions exceeded $1b.
P&L responsibility for 110 retail centers during this time as well. Eventually recapitalized the portfolio and sold the general partnership to new owners.
