Sherriff Hall Dalhousie University, Halifax

Supervised a kitchen staff of 10 who prepared hot, nutritious meals three meals a day for up to 500 students for each meal. Researched and created meals to add variety and weekend flare, including specialties such as Vegan dishes. I oversaw food production, sanitation, safe food handling, client concerns, special requests, and end of day shut down procedures.
