Work with the team to ensure that one continuously exceeds customer expectations at all times. Liaise directly with the call centre team and Top Management to establish business opportunities with new or existing customers.

Ensure aggressive sales strategy to achieve sales and revenue. Establishing sales targets, training on products, services, sales performance, follow up on sales opportunities and converting them.

Train, and develop skills with team members. Review them periodically and performance manage them to deliver outstanding results.

Demonstrate business practices that are in line with Rent Solutions standards; Handle complaints escalated from both internal and external customers and provide solutions; and Communicate on operational areas supporting all promotional activates targeted to improve inbound sales.
