Holiday Inn & Embassy Suites – Southeast US ($250-$700K/hotel):

Directed, Purchased & installed all FF&E for between 5 -10 hotels per year as a Design firm of record from

among 200 shortlisted firms. Guest rooms, public spaces & offices All brought in on time & within budget.

The Atrium – ACLF- Gainesville, FL ($790K):

Designed, Purchased & led the installation for the 300 unit, six story atrium space. Procured all FF&E

for corridors, three dining rooms, offices, ice cream parlor and card room and salon atrium space.

Holiday Inn & Suites on Grand Bahama Island, Nassau (1.7M):

Renovated 120 room hotel, remodeled, and redesigned all spaces: including lobby/three restaurants,

2 bars and purchased all interior materials & FF&E. Worked with customs and sent all to the Bahamas.

Fantasy Island Diving Resort - Roaten, Honduras ($2.48M):

Organized, Purchased & managed the installed plus oversaw all FF&E for 20 “A” frame townhouses, 60 room

hotel and a 120-room suite hotel, and the 18,000 sq. ft. mansion overlooking Roaten, Honduras Diving resort.

BBI- Bloomin Brands Inc.- Collaborated on Outback restaurant chain. and Fleming's Flagship location.

Effectively worked on Outback remodels. Oversaw bidding, selection of interior materials and purchasing .FF&E. Partnered with supply chain to scope 60 locations in Florida for 2023 & 100 Texas locations for 2024. Streamlined the data entry & purchasing process. Successfully ran the Expesite/ Lucernex supply chain systems.
