• Was responsible for customer service, receptionist, Billing, Data entry, creating accounts, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, answering phones, filing, scheduling appointments. Scanning documents. Reaching out to MD offices to set up luncheons for marketing purposes, Processing registration paperwork and entering into the computer. Was the only administrative personnel working with three to five therapists. Also worked remotely covering up to 4 offices at a time while clinics were short staffed. As a Team Lead, oversaw five clinics billing, managed their service queues, and was an overall liaison to the clinics patient service specialists and their PT'S in the region with questions and concerns. The clinics came to me for both work and also more so customer service related questions as far as issues with families and patients and how to address the concerns in both a professional and respectful way and helped them come to a resolution. Also reached out to MD offices to obtain documentation, such as office notes, prescriptions, surgical notes, post op protocols, MRI, X-ray and CAT scan reports needed by the PT''s. .
