Thesis Title: Development of Friction Stir Processing Tools for the Fabrication of Surface Composite

Aim: Design and fabrication of FSP tool exclusive for fabricating thin surface composites and to produce homogenous distribution of the reinforcement particles on the surface Project Work at Graduate and Diploma levels

Post Graduate: Numerical simulation of welding using transient, thermal and thermoelastic plastic formulation

Aim: Prediction of the residual stress in weldment area and reduced the residual stress by post weld heat method.
