Working as a housekeeper with Mastercorp, is all about providing good quality work in a set amount of time. I had to have good time management, because I had to have my set amount of units to have cleaned by the end of my shift. Mastercorp had a specific cleaning route you would clean in each unit. First area to clean would be the Kitchen. Second would be the Bathrooms. Third would be the Bedroom. Then the Living Room and Patio. Then dusting would be done before the vacuuming . Last I was to sweep and mop my way out. When I was finished with one unit, I was to log into my Mastercorp portal, click on the unit and hit FINIFHED. And then be on to the next unit I was assigned to cleaned. I worked independently while cleaning my units. So I got plenty of experience in working with instructions without supervision. Working at Mastercorp gave me the experience in working as a team member, working independently, using my time management skills, providing quality work, and also was able to learn how to be proud of my work. At Clearon, I worked as a Warehouse Worker. I was a team member who worked on a assembly line. Clearon is a Chemical Plant, that mass produces and distributes chlorine in tablet and powder form. I worked on the assembly line that ran tablets. I worked at many different stations on the line. Station one is bucket holder. I would hold the bucket while the tablets fell in the bucket. Once I felt there was enough tablets in the bucket I would slide it out of the way and send it to the weigh station . Once the bucket hit the weigh station, I either needed to throw some tablets out to get the correct weight or add some. Once it is at the correct weight, the bucket is slid down to the lid station. If I was working that station I would put a lid on the bucket then if I was working the stacking station, I would stack the full lidded bucket on a skid. Until the skid was full. And because it's assembly work, that's what was done all day. Very repetitive work. At Clearon, I worked in a team setting, doing very high paced, high stress work. Because it was team work on a assembly line, if one person did one thing wrong the whole line was held up until the problem was fixed. Very high tension level work. So I was able to utilize Patience, my will to jump in and help get the problem fixed or just to get the job done. Clearon taught me how to be a very productive, very helpful, very vital team member when I'm placed in a team setting. Housekeeper
