Mr. Crosland has over 28 years’ experience in behavioral sciences, social work, and mental health, starting at age 19 doing marriage counseling as a clergyman. He possesses 12 years’ experience in the medical health field. He is the Founder and CEO of Crosland Forensics, Inc. and Western Regional Director of the National Board of Forensic Evaluators (NBFE). His Career began in child development as a Certified Parent Educator (CPE) in 1990 by Parents as Teachers Association. Since then he has earned Certified Family Teacher by Teaching Family Association in 1992. He has worked over 5,000 hours as a Child Protective Services Investigator. He has over 500 hours of giving expert witness testimony in substantiated cases of child physical abuse, child sex trafficking, medical and educational neglect, and domestic violence. Has worked in New Mexico, Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah as a psychotherapist and clinical director in various outpatient clinics. He is a currently a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in State of Utah. He is a Nationally Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE) by National Board of Forensic Evaluators. He is a full time employee as a Center Mental Health Consultant and Substance Abuse Clinical Director at Clearfield Job Corps Center.
