Federal Women’s Program Manager: Appointed and developed a national Indian Health Service Leadership Conference for four (4) years.

iii. In-patient Nursing RRM Formulation Committee: Member of this national effort with IHS headquarters to develop data for a formulation software system as a pattern in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Specialty Care and Labor/Deliver in the RRM staffing software for health centers, hospitals, and medical centers.

Served as the Acting CEO for the largest geographic HIS Service Unit in the Phoenix Area located in Schurz, Nevada. This Service Unit manages of the state of Nevada and operates a community-oriented health care delivery system for thirteen tribes and colonies. I was responsible for the planning, development, organization, integration, administration, and evaluation of a comprehensive health care delivery system. ii. Collaborated with the Phoenix Area Office and incorporated IHS agency guidelines to develop, establish and direct a successful health care delivery system. Developed a comprehensive Service Unit plan on both a short- and long-term range basis in addition to planning goals to exceed the basic mission of the health care delivery system. I ensured the administrative, clinical and health care policies were interacted and successfully coordinated. I set policy for the overall budget for the health care delivery system and authorized reallocation of funds based on program needs. I established and maintained effective working relationships with other governmental agencies, education entities, Indian tribes served, community at large, IHS staff and other health entities in the health care delivery system related to the Schurz Service Unit. iii.
