Worked inside the pellet mill as a pellet mill technician. Responsibilities included the maintenance and operation of two different lines of five pellet presses each. Recorded roller temperature and pellet temperature and made sure quality pellets were being produced. Replaced worn out rollers and dies inside of each press as needed. Maintain communication with control to assure proper durability of all pellets being produced. Contacted control to reduce or add amperage needed to produce quality pellet. Removed all jams from pellet presses in a timely manner to ensure pellet press was operating at a high level of efficiency. used forklift in a safe manner to open and close press doors to replace equipment as needed. Used forklift to add starch to hoppers for the durability of a quality pellet. Unloaded delivery trucks of starch and placed in storage areas to be used as needed. Kept assigned workspace as clean as possible to avoid, any possible injuries or fires inside of the mill. Used HMI computer displays to add grease to rollers as necessary and to identify any problems with presses. HMI displays were also used in the start up and shut down of presses. Used front and loaders to remove excess trash from starch containers. A further lateral promotion was a full-time front end loader operator on our communication pad. My responsibilities included, making sure three bark bays were empty so that more bark could be added later. Other responsibilities included filling bins to supply, the plant with material needed to produce quality pellets. Also, another responsibility was piling material into separate piles to be used in different bins for the production of quality pellets during the operation of any front and loader. I was responsible for doing a PMS on each vehicle before and during operation. Cleaning the tail- rows of conveyer belts was necessary during each shift to ensure no buildup of material around the tail-rows. Was also responsible for catching all aborted material and putting into proper piles for redistribution into the plant at a later date. February 2022-May2022 Hoover Lumber Company

Responsible for operating and maintaining rough, terrain large forklifts to maneuver stacks of lengthy lumber, as well as pallets of lumber.
