I have spent over 40 years being a key member of the team that drives an organization to become more effective in achieving its overall goals. I accomplished this by staying current with technologies. Being aware of the challenges of maintaining and developing existing employees by continually designing task specific training programs, and improving management skill levels by stressing good coaching practices, the principles of production dynamics and the importance of effective communication achieved thru an effective performance tracking system. I pioneered various tracking and reporting methodologies and analyses that provided the ability to identify opportunities in an organization’s production flow. I also understand the need for and have prepared the budgets necessary to accurately track these production related initiatives.
This knowledge has been developed by having held positions ranging from a Front-Line Supervisor to a V.P. of Operations, to having owned my own business. I have experience in Customer Service, Credit, Collections and Risk Management and have written and conducted Training Programs in all of these areas.
Employees that have worked for me have consistently ranked in the upper percentile in both internal and external evaluations. The measurements include such things as Performance Evaluations and V.O.C. scores for the clerical level and M.B.O. accomplishments for supervisors and managers. My employee retention rates always exceed company averages and my staff members receive promotions at accelerated rates when compared to my peers.
I possess an incredible drive to succeed. This may come from my lifetime of playing competitive sports, along with 30+ years as a nationally licensed soccer coach. Most importantly, my attendance rate over these many years is well over 97%. I have been married for 35 years, raised 4 sons and am now the proud grandfather of 6.
I am looking to bring my skills and experience to any organization that is striving to reach that synergistic balance of new, innovative, forward thinking and tried-and-true proven practices.
