PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Throughout my 25-year business career, I have excelled consistently in roles that demand excellence in consultative selling. Not only do I discover prospects’ pain points, but I also uncover problems unknown to them. I then develop tailored solutions to solve their problems, resulting in positive client relationships, high levels of customer satisfaction, and customer referrals. My proven track record in rescuing 3 failing businesses and founding 4 startup businesses is a testament to my resolve.
Before my business career, I taught at the secondary and collegiate levels in Indiana, consulted with the Indiana Department of Education as it evaluated the condition of K – 12 teaching throughout the state, and founded the Indiana Educational Research Association, serving as its Founding President, and presiding over its first two state-wide conventions. I also consulted with the U.S. Army Soldier Support Center as it developed training materials for soldiers in administration, finance, and personnel; directed the post-wide Office Automation Project; and, (3) supervised the Basic and Advanced Skills Education programs in the Education Center.
