Welfare Officer Art Facilitator Chaplaincy & Pastoral Support I have successfully combined art and creative education as a peripatetic experience around the world. My work includes mainstream, kindergarten, universities, colleges, special educational measures, high profile charities, humanitarian projects, NGOs’, churches and in communities. In management and as a teacher, I have been involved in the infrastructure of development within the schools. I have developed interventions for students with SPLD and (DIS)abilities. Professional Experience

Student Welfare Officer – The Global Banking School, Manchester (Jan. 2023 – Present) At present, I am full-time at The Global Banking School in Manchester. I am a welfare support officer for students of all abilities. I support the staff by offering alternative approaches to teaching for the wellbeing of the students and their individual needs. I provide pastoral care, group and 1-1 sessions; I write reports and risk assessments, I provide reasonable adjustments for their educational needs whilst studying. I organize workshops and focus groups for the students, collaborate with the other teams within the university to provide support for the students and staff, including liaising with outside agencies. I provide emotional, physical, spiritual, economic, and mental health well-being for the students. I write programs for them to achieve their attendance and qualifications. I am using ex-cell programs and monitoring results through the KPI system. Set up and coordinated Student Foodbanks across all GBS Campuses based in Manchester, London, Art Facilitator / Pastoral Care – Freelance Contracts – UK, Africa, Europe, Guam, America, (Jan. 2008 – Dec 2022)

• Colour - Wheel Art Classes - Teaching art to adults, all forms of materials, mediums, and methods. Weekly classes for retired Professional people on a one-day-a-week basis.

• Bolton at Home - Teaching ESOL to refugees in Bolton, supporting their needs, and encouraging Community engagement.

• Be Strong - provided support, well-being, and personal development to ex-offenders living in supported housing, provided by a charity. That specializes in life-changing opportunities. I provide pastoral care with counseling, interventions, and alternative methods of coping with traumatic life issues, healthy relationships, healing from self-harm, and drug and alcohol misuse. • Taught and followed the GCSE national curriculum for Key stages 3/4 and created individualized student personal progression plans.
